Every person at Berg Partners has run something before joining us. A plant, a logistics network, a product team. We do not train people to think operationally — we hire people who already do.
We do not do easy engagements. We take on the problems that have resisted previous attempts — where the stakes are real, the politics are difficult, and the answer is not obvious. That is what makes the work worthwhile.
You will be embedded on-site. You will own your work. You will be judged on outcomes — not outputs. And when the engagement ends, you will leave a client that is genuinely better than when you arrived.
You run your workstream. No shadowing, no slide-building for someone else's presentation. You are accountable to the client from the start.
We promote when you are ready — not on a schedule. Partners stay because the work is good, not because leaving would look bad.
You will know where you stand. We review every engagement together — what worked, what did not, and what you would do differently next time.
Most of our work crosses borders. You will work with clients across Europe within your first year — often embedded in their operations for weeks at a time.
We review every application personally. No automated screening. If you are right for the role, a partner will call you within five business days.
We are looking for a Principal with direct experience designing or restructuring supply networks at scale. You will lead engagements independently — from diagnostic through to capability handover — with support from a Managing Partner. The role is based in Munich or Frankfurt with regular on-site presence at client locations across Europe.
What we are looking for
This role sits inside our digital practice and focuses on WMS, TMS, and ERP implementation in industrial and logistics environments. You will lead the adoption side of rollouts — working directly with operations teams to design training, change management, and user acceptance processes that actually get tools used.
What we are looking for
We are expanding our organisational design practice and looking for a Principal with direct experience redesigning operating models in complex, multi-site organisations. You will work with leadership teams on decision rights, accountability structures, and post-merger integration — at the level where structure becomes behaviour.
What we are looking for
Our operations practice works inside manufacturing and logistics environments to find and remove the constraints limiting throughput. This role is for someone who has run a production system, not someone who has studied one. You will be on-site, in the operation, doing the diagnostic and the implementation work alongside the client's own team.
What we are looking for
This role supports our market entry practice — working on channel strategy, regulatory mapping, and go-to-market execution for clients entering new European markets. Ideal for someone who has been involved in a market entry from the inside, or who has worked in a business development or commercial role in an industrial sector.
What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Munich headquarters. This is a broad role — you will handle everything from office logistics and supplier management to partner travel coordination and client event organisation. You are the person who makes sure everything works so everyone else can focus on the work.
What we are looking for
If you have the operational background and you believe you belong here, write to us. Tell us what you have run, what you have fixed, and what kind of work you want to do next. We read every letter and respond to every one that is serious.
